Important Information

No outside food is allowed, except for cake and other desserts.

A down payment of half the total price is required two (2) weeks before the event.

Damage Policy

The party organizer is responsible for covering the cost of any damage to ELITE Gaming Esports Arena equipment or facilities caused by attendees during the event.

Elite Gaming, LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damage, or thefts occurring to anyone participating in the program or using the facilities.

Clean-up following the party is required, including all garbage being cleaned up and placed in trash cans, any moved furniture returned to its original place, and the Ready Up room restored to its original state (if applicable).

The party organizer is financially responsible for any facility or equipment damage that may occur during the event, with appropriate charges determined by Elite Gaming, LLC.

Adequate supervision of participants in the facility is required, including no less than one adult per 12 children, with adults directly accompanying children in all areas, including restrooms.
